Magister Certified Partner

The program is addressed to companies that want to implement the integrated support system Magister.

This open certification program is addressed to companies that want to specialize in the installation, maintenance and post-installation support for Magister solutions for retail.

PROGRAM BENEFITS

Professional Licensing

At the base of the Certified Magister Partner program is the professional qualification of the staff, this being the main condition of acceptance in the program of the partner companies.

Staff training is carried out through a modern distance learning system, supported by the platform of eLearning Magister .

Following the specific courses for each specialization category, the students take, in April of each year, an exam after which they can obtain or renew a Magister professional license.

Operational Certification

For certification you will benefit for free from a complex training package for all technicians designated to specialize in Magister solutions. In addition, Magister provides its partners with all the details needed to implement operational flows for certification.

Integrated Technical Support

As part of the program, each Certified Partner receives access to the system CRM national Magister , for our own support team. The interventions are managed by vouchers whose status is automatically sent by email and SMS to registered technicians.

Standardization Services

All types of interventions are standardized and are available for subcontracting through national CRM system . Thus, depending on the complexity of each service operation, the pricing is unique and unitary at national level.

Automatic Monthly Settlement

The settlement system of the technical assistance services subcontracted by Magister or by other authorized territorial centers is completely automatic, the settlement being made until the 10th of each month for the services of the previous month.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSES MAGISTER

SmartCash Solutions Installation and Maintenance Technician

Professional license granted to personnel involved in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of Magister solutions. This type of license provides holders access to tax assistance functions for tax equipment integrated in the SmartCash RMS platform.

SmartCash Authorized Trainer

Professional license that allows holders to conduct authorized training courses with users of solutions provided by the company Magister. This type of license is required to train sales and operational staff in stores, as well as those who ensure the operation of store chains.

SmartCash Solutions Consultant

Professional license for support center consultants as well as medium and high level implementation staff for Magister solutions. This type of license provides holders access to all software maintenance functions down to the highest level of detail.

SmartCash Solutions Analyst

Professional license granted to highly qualified personnel in the implementation and analysis of the solution. This type of professional license guarantees a high level of knowledge in implementing retail solutions such as the ability to build implementation plans in accordance with customer needs.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSES

In the 2019-2020 session, the total number of Magister professional licenses, granted at national level were distributed on the four types in the proportions in the adjacent chart.

Because the courses are cumulative, some of the authorized technicians also obtained multiple qualifications.

CERTIFICATION LEVELS FOR COMPANIES

Level 1 – Authorized installation center

Level 1 certification is addressed to partner companies at the beginning of the road and gives them the right to provide authorized installation services for Magister solutions.

Level 2 – Authorized training and intervention center

Level 2 certification allows partner companies, in addition to access to installation services and subcontracting services with a high degree of specialization. At the same time, this degree of certification allows the performance of authorized periodic overhaul operations, mandatory for Magister solutions.

Level 3 – Authorized service and technical support center

Level 3 certification is the highest degree of Magister certification for companies, guaranteeing, in addition to its own team of professionals qualified in SmarCash solutions, the complete implementation of all support processes. The partners in this category have assigned from the Magister exchange, call center numbers with a minimum of 20 simultaneous calls, implementing their own dispatchers for the notifications received from the clients from the covered territory. Having the ability to fulfill the Magister SLA, these companies are the only ones authorized to conclude with customers authorized post-installation technical support contracts based on subscription, Magister guaranteeing for the quality of the services provided by them.
