{"id":238909,"date":"2018-03-23T20:02:25","date_gmt":"2018-03-23T18:02:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.magister.ro\/personal-data-protection-in-smartcash-rms-2018\/"},"modified":"2021-04-29T20:43:30","modified_gmt":"2021-04-29T17:43:30","slug":"personal-data-protection-in-smartcash-rms-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.magister.ro\/en\/personal-data-protection-in-smartcash-rms-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Personal data protection in SmartCash RMS 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a result of the correlation of the national legislation with the European norms, the protection of personal data has acquired a special importance for any economic agent.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To ensure that you comply with the new rules, we have integrated in the 2018 SmartCash RMS version the latest data security technologies to help you quickly reach the 3 important directions provided by the legislation in the field: audit, implementation, monitoring.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I published on<a title=\"Youtube\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/magistersoftware\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> our Youtube channel<\/a> a tutorial, which we present in this article, in which you will find, with examples of use, all security measures that ensure the protection of personal data stored in SmartCash RMS applications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here is a short list of them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authorization function based on access name and password with variable complexity and validity period;<\/li>\n<li>Function<span style=\"text-align: justify;\"> authorization based on access card;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">POS authorization function based on fingerprint;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tampering function, to avoid brute-force attacks for finding access passwords;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Tracking changes made to operators (signature of the current user authenticated on any operation performed in the system;<\/li>\n<li>Access to your customer data exclusively based on the password;<\/li>\n<li>Possibility of anonymization \/ deletion on request of personal data for a customer;<\/li>\n<li>Separation of access to information based on access profiles;<\/li>\n<li>The authorized service does not have access through the application design to any personal information.
