RO e-Invoice mainly aims at improving and consolidating the degree of VAT collection and preventing or combating tax evasion.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Launch of the ANAF e-Invoice solution<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>within the SmartCash RMS platform<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The launch of the ANAF e-Invoice solution within the SmartCash RMS platform is scheduled for the end of April. In this regard, we remind you that the following steps are necessary:<\/p>\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li><strong>Urgent replacement of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.magister.ro\/upgrade-windows-x-magister-nu-mai-ofera-suport-pentru-windows-xp\/\">Windows XP<\/a> workstations! <\/strong><br\/><strong>Magister offers its customers advantageous offers of new or refurbished equipment.<\/strong> <strong>Submit your request using<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.magister.ro\/en\/contact\/#formular\"><strong>the online form<\/strong><\/a> <strong>!<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Registering the company in SPV and purchasing an ANAF (USB Stick) authorization hardware certificate, in addition to the one used by your accountant;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>The transmission of the invoices to ANAF will be done automatically, but on the respective station a USB device with electronic signature must be permanently connected. Consequently, if the signing solution will remain the current one and ANAF does not produce a simpler one to use, you will have to have for each store that issues invoices a USB Stick with a valid digital signature;<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse\"><strong>ATTENTION:<\/strong> Magister clients who sell products registered in risk groups have a very high share. Therefore, <strong>keep in mind that from April 1, reporting through the RO e-Invoice system is optional, but for you, from July 1, 2022, it will be mandatory<\/strong> !<\/pre>\n\n<p>The list of products with high fiscal risk is available on the ANAF website, <a href=\"https:\/\/static.anaf.ro\/static\/10\/Anaf\/legislatie\/OPANAF_12_2022.pdf\">here<\/a> . <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>It is necessary to procure compatible hardware and software systems in advance and to register in the SPV in order to be able to comply with the<\/strong> <strong>legal requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We also invite you to check out SmartCash RMS applications.
