Installation and Start-up Services

Magister ensures for all the out-of-the-box shops full installation and start-up services. These services are supported by either Magister’s own technicians or through the National Magister Certified Partner Network.

The shop installation and start-up services include:

  • Cash register installation and other similar equipment;
  • Cash register or Point of Sale systems programming;
  • Cash register tax programming;
  • Digital printing scale or POS connected scale programming and configuring;
  • Barcode printer programming and maintenance;
  • Setting up SmartCash RMS programs in order to work with specific hardware;
  • Basic Cashier training in using the cash register;
  • Basic Shop Assistant training in using weighing systems;
  • Back Office clerk training in using specific equipment;

The installation and start-up services are assessed and approved along with the client through the Installation Acceptance Report. Once the installation process is over, the personnel training starts in order to ensure a proper system operation
