Speciality Food Store

Specializing is the only way to step out out the crowd of mass retailers. You must determine your customers to make your store the number one shop for their usual purchases!

Next you will find out what you need for this particular type of shop.

The more the food market becomes more mature the more customers grow more conscientious of their diet. Food bought from hypermarkets is sometimes labeled as a mass, highly-processed cheap products although this is not necessarily true.

How can you then prove that products that are manufactured by your company are different? That they are somehow better tasting or healthier?

In no way should you place them anywhere near mass items! Solutia este lantul propriu de magazine alimentare specializate. The solution comes with an own chain of specialized food stores. We are referring to a chain because this tip of shop commonly uses extremely small spaces of approximately 50 to 80 square meters and in order to reach profitability a number of 15-20 shops is necessary.

In the following presentation you have all the equipment you will need:

This management system relies on a unique Point-of-Sale that features a fiscal printer. This way both the back office and the front office run on the same system.

The back and front office configuration includes besides the previously mentioned items the following hardware: alphanumerical client display, a bar code scanner, an LCD (optionally touchscreen), a POS keyboard, a bar code printer for labeling and an laser printer for daily paperwork. For weighing items we recommend using a regular POS connected scale.

This solution is addressed to speciality food stores that sell cold cuts, dairy, baked goods, delicacies etc and are connected in a private network that retails mostly private label brands.
